Well, it seems like time will not slow down, even for a minute! Here we are, nearing the end of February, and I'm still wondering where December went!
Not much new here. My hours have changed a little at work, as I am now managing on Monday nights from 2pm-2am. It's a long shift, and sometimes I wonder if I'll be able to stay awake during it, but I always find something to do. Last night, it was washing dishes. Took me about 30 minutes to get through 6 bus tubs (I'm REALLY slow, apparently), but it got me through the end of my shift.
JJ just got good news at work. It's not a NEW job, but it's a new area. He still doesn't enjoy his job as much as he'd like, but he will now be working closer to home, which means LESS drive time. He'll also have MORE stops, which means more money, and that's always a helpful step! He's looking forward to the change and I hope that he'll find peace with this job until something better comes around. Or, if not, I hope it will give him the motivation he needs to find something better. We've done a lot of talking about what we want to do, where we want to go, and what our plan should be for the next little while. It's all just talk right now, since we've just signed a new lease here in our apartment complex, but it is nice to make plans or at least tentative plans.
Okay, enough jabber. Mason is now 4, Andrew is still enjoying school, and I'm going to post some pictures! Enjoy!
